Rod Eagles
The Director of Refurbishment is responsible for the overall Project accountability including, managing all aspects and all phases of the Refurbishment Project including adherence to the scope, cost and schedule requirements, oversight of the general contractor (AECL), and informing the NB Power Executive of the Project’s status and progress.

Perry Cheeks
The Project Controller is responsible for the overall financial management of the Refurbishment Project including, budget development, cost control, business case preparation, and prescribed reporting.

A. Lee DeLong
The Quality Assurance Representative is responsible for co-ordinating the implementation of the Project Team's Quality Assurance responsibilities outlined in the Point Lepreau Nuclear Management Manual and also acts as the Project Team's primary interface between AECL and other sub-contractor Quality Assurance managers and the Point Lepreau Vendor Quality Assurance and Independent Assessment groups.

Charles Hickman
The Licensing Manager is responsible for overall management of the Safety and Licensing program including, managing the strategies of the Licensing Framework Document, managing the Environmental Assessment and follow up program, and Health Safety and Environment issues, and directing communications with the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. Works closely with the PLGS Nuclear Safety Manager.

Don Sinclair
The Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope of work defined in contracts and project execution including, engineering, technical issues, schedule adherence, cost management, resource management, construction, commissioning and relationship management with the refurbishment team, contractors and station staff.

John Cole
The Senior Labour Advisor provides adequate liaison and coordination between employer contractors and building trades unions by administering the Labour Stabilization Agreement and its many segments.

D. L. Stafford
The Probabilistic Safety Analysis Projects Contract Supervisor is responsible for managing the preliminary and detailed engineering activities for the defined scope of PSA projects and ensuring their installation as per the refurbishment outage schedule.

Tom Hitchcock
The Project Planning Superintendent is responsible for the development of the NB Power Nuclear portion of the 2008 outage schedule logic and the integration of that logic into the Refurbishment Outage Master Plan. Working on the Integrated Project Planning and Controls Team with AECL, the Project Planning Superintendent ensures that station maintenance and modification activities, and the AECL retube and refurbishment fixed scope activities, are aligned in logic to allow the progression of the outage work without schedule conflicts.

Laurie Comeau
The Manager of Projects ensures that the contractual requirement for supplying Protection Assistants for the refurbishment outage can be met. He is responsible for establishing and implementing a training program to meet the Protection Assistants requirements for refurbishment. He also provides high-level oversight of Project Health Safety and Environment (HSE) program, ensuring it meets station expectations and licence requirements.

Keith Stratton
The Deputy Chief Nuclear Officer is responsible to provide long-term planning and strategic direction for technical and regulatory issues as well as advice on day-to-day operational and outage matters.

Steve Golding
The Refurbishment Contract Engineer is responsible for management of the refurbishment fixed scope contract with the general contractor (AECL), and supervision of NB Power Nuclear’s engineering team who are accountable for providing technical support and overseeing the refurbishment fixed scope work and for interfacing with NB Power Nuclear processes and personnel.

Michael G. Hare
The Commissioning Manager is responsible for the overall production of the station system lay up procedures, the return to service procedures and the procedures for the commissioning of modifications to station equipment during the refurbishment outage. This includes oversight of the development of operational documentation and training documentation for station staff prior to the station restart.
The overall strategy for the station restart from a fresh fuel load to full power operation after the refurbishment activities are complete is also the Commissioning Manager’s responsibility.

Claire Harris
The Implementation Process Manager is responsible for the direction and coordination of activities related to the implementation of refurbishment including construction, commissioning, quality assurance and turn-over to operations. She is the main resource responsible for maintaining relationships and partnerships with NB Power Nuclear Corporation’s representatives and Contractor’s Quality Assurance managers/representatives to support the implementation phase of refurbishment activities.

The Senior Project Advisor is Responsible for providing advice on various aspects of the Refurbishment Project, monitoring project progress and advising the Vice President of NB Power Nuclear.
